These terms govern your use of the Claude Codex Black Edition extension ("CBE") and this website. By installing or using CBE, you agree to them.

License

CBE is provided to you for use within Visual Studio Code. Copyright © 2026 Trenton Tompkins. All rights reserved unless otherwise stated in the distributed package.

Bring your own keys & accounts

CBE connects to third-party AI providers using credentials that you supply. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of each provider you connect, for any usage charges they bill, and for the content you submit to them.

No warranty

CBE is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. AI model output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose — review it before relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension.

Acceptable use

Do not use CBE to violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected provider, or to generate content that infringes the rights of others.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
